Nothing. Delivery is free anywhere in the United Kingdom, on every order, with no minimum spend. We ship to UK addresses only at the moment.
Is the crossed-out price real?
Yes. It’s the price the same piece sells for at established UK retailers, recorded when we listed it. Our price is 30% below that figure and stays there — we don’t raise it and call it a sale later.
How long will it take to arrive?
Most orders leave the warehouse within two working days and are tracked from the moment they do. You’ll get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return something?
Yes. If it isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange the return. Email support@2ndstimearound.co.uk and we’ll take it from there.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout. Your details go straight to the payment processor over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card number.
