Is the crossed-out price real? Yes. It is what the same item sells for at other UK retailers, recorded when we listed it. Our price sits about 30% below it and stays there.
How much is delivery? Nothing. Delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend. We ship to UK addresses only.
How long does delivery take? Most orders leave the warehouse within two working days. Larger furniture is sent on a dedicated service and usually arrives 3–7 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Where is my tracking number? It is emailed the moment your order is dispatched. If five working days have passed without one, email support@2ndstimearound.co.uk.
Can I change my mind? Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to tell us, then 14 more days to send it back. See our cancellation policy.
What if it arrives damaged? You have 30 days to reject it for a full refund, and we pay the return cost. Email photos and we will sort it.
Will it fit? Every product page lists full measurements. Measure your doorways, hallway and stairwell first — see our measuring and access guide.
Do you have a showroom? No. Our Leeds address is a working warehouse and is not open to the public.
How do I pay? By card at checkout, handled by a payment processor over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number.
