Changed your mind. 14 days from delivery to tell us, then 14 days to return it. Return postage is yours. See our cancellation policy for the full detail.
Faulty, damaged or not as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject the goods for a full refund. We pay the return cost. After 30 days we will repair or replace; if that is not possible or fails, you are entitled to a refund.
Start a return. Email support@2ndstimearound.co.uk with your order number and, for damage, a few photographs. We will confirm the returns address and arrange collection where the item is too large to post. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — an unannounced parcel cannot reliably be matched to your order.
Condition. Return goods as you received them, with original packaging where you still have it. Flat-pack items should be returned unassembled where possible.
Refund timing. Within 14 days of the goods reaching us or of proof of posting, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
What is not returnable. Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be cancelled once production starts, unless faulty. This is stated on the product page where it applies. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
