Our warehouse is not a showroom and is not open to the public, so please email before visiting.
Before you write
- Where is my order? Your tracking number is emailed on dispatch. If it has been more than five working days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
- I want to return something. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and 30 days to reject a faulty item. Email your order number and we will send return instructions.
- Will it fit? Every product page lists full measurements. Measure your doorways and stairwell before ordering larger furniture.
