Shipping policy

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for larger items.

Where we deliver. 2nd Time Around ships to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the rest of Europe.

How long it takes. Most orders leave the warehouse within two working days. Larger items such as sofas, corner suites and garden sets are sent on a dedicated furniture service and typically arrive within 3–7 working days of dispatch. Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If a tracking number has not reached you within five working days of ordering, email support@2ndstimearound.co.uk and we will chase it.

Deliveries to the door. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, delivery is to the ground-floor threshold of your address. Please make sure the item will fit through your doorways and stairwells before ordering — measurements are given on every product page.

If nobody is home. The carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being returned to us; where that happens we will refund the order in line with our refund policy.
