Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from 2nd Time Around, trading from 3 Foundry Approach, Harehills, Leeds LS9 6BB, United Kingdom.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because stock is unavailable or an item was mispriced — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Pricing. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Any price shown struck through is the price the same item is sold for by other UK retailers at the time we listed it, not a former price of our own.

Payment. Payment is taken by card at checkout through a third-party payment processor over an encrypted connection. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Product information. We describe and measure products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and timber and natural fabrics vary between batches; slight variation is not a fault.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Liability. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
