Scope. We are a small retailer and our turnover falls below the £36 million threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement. We publish this voluntarily because the standard should apply regardless of size.
Our supply chain. We buy finished furniture from UK-based suppliers and distributors rather than contracting production directly.
What we do. We expect every supplier to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and with applicable employment law, to pay lawful wages, and to allow no forced or child labour. We will end a supply relationship where we find otherwise.
