Free UK delivery on everything. No minimum spend, no surcharge for large or heavy items.
Where we ship. The United Kingdom only. We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland or elsewhere in Europe. Some remote Highland and island postcodes may take longer; we will contact you if that affects your order.
Dispatch. Most orders leave the warehouse within two working days.
Arrival. Smaller items travel on a standard parcel service. Sofas, corner suites, beds, dining sets and garden sets travel on a dedicated furniture service and typically arrive 3–7 working days after dispatch. All timescales are estimates.
What "delivered" means. Unless the product page says otherwise, delivery is to the ground-floor threshold of your address. The crew will not carry items upstairs, unpack them or remove packaging.
Access. Please check the item will fit through your doors, hallway and stairwell before ordering. A delivery that cannot be completed because the item will not fit is treated as a change-of-mind return.
Missed deliveries. The carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or give collection instructions. After repeated failed attempts the order may return to us, and we will refund it under our refund policy.
