How you pay. By debit or credit card at checkout. Card details are entered on our payment processor's secure form over an encrypted connection. We do not receive, see or store your full card number.
When you are charged. At the point of order. If we cannot fulfil the order we refund it in full.
Currency and VAT. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
The crossed-out price. Where a product shows a struck-through figure, that is the price the same item was selling for at established UK retailers when we listed it. It is not a previous price of ours. We do not inflate a price in order to discount it later.
Pricing errors. We check prices carefully, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you and offer the correct price or a full refund.
Card declines. A decline comes from your bank, not from us, and we are not told why. Contact your card issuer, or try another card.
